Finques Frigola is the second real estate agency in the Spanish State certified by AESA (State Aviation Safety Agency) as a drone operator. This legally authorizes you to carry out photography, filming and aerial surveys (topographic surveys, photogrammetry). We have a pilot with an advanced, theoretical and practical certificate, which qualifies him to pilot remotely controlled civil aircraft and who has a valid LAPL class medical certificate. We also have special civil liability insurance for drones, all in compliance with Law 18/2014, of October 15. It is important to take into account when contracting productions that require flights with drones, that companies comply with current regulations, since in the event of a complaint or accident, the penalties range between €4,500 and €70,000 (Arts. 44.1 and 55.2 of Law 21/2003, of July 7, on Air Safety). We started in the world of drones at the beginning of 2012 and since then we have had different models until we reached the current one.
