" Response to emails prior to travel a little slow. As there was no air-conditioning in the apartment we asked for a fan which was provided without a problem which we appreciated. This is our 5th time to book with the company. It has always been good. We liked the new box outside the office to collect keys after hours. The staff are always very friendly & courteous"
